Availability of debt capital
We have privileged and trusted relationships with several major banking institutions in North America.  We are equally well-versed in all types of debt (asset-backed, cash-flow financing, mezzanine); regardless of the final debt structure, we are contingency-minded and provide for ample excess liquidity at closing.
